PAMP holds its convention during the month of April at Penn State. It is the informational highlight of the year. This event features educational sessions which address crucial issues and new techniques in the meat industry. An Exhibition features equipment and supplies from leading suppliers of the meat and poultry industry. Fun and fellowship are part of it!
